On Woolworth At Chicago Near Michigan Lake

 Image Credit:

We used to live at Chicago Hyde Park,
close to Michigan lake that lead;
The story on Woolworth Merchandise and Iraq
has somewhat few to understand being read.
Behind the doors lay mystic senses,
Deep hidden, hard to spy,
Twinkle like stars in the darkness,
High and young in the sky.
Unwrap the skins---his silk red clothes,
with spirit black and dim,
We wander the streets among strangers, so close,
and so far, nothing is the same to him.
